Who are you?

We’re Discount Diamonds, an authorized third-party diamond reseller in North America! We sell diamonds at a discounted rate, to give you a better deal!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and JCB. We also accept Visa Debit.

I don’t live in North America, can I still purchase diamonds with you?

Yes! Though the prices on our website are in USD, we sell diamonds worldwide!

Do purchases with you count towards VIP and SVIP?

They do! Purchasing diamonds with us will automatically count towards your status in the BIGO app.

Can I purchase diamonds for someone else?

Yes you can! When filling out the form at checkout, you can enter the BIGO ID(s) you’d like the diamonds to be sent to and how many diamonds you’d like to be sent to each BIGO ID. Please note that the maximum amount of IDs that the diamonds can be split between is 3.

I’m looking for a certain amount of diamonds that aren’t on the website, what can I do?

We offer different diamond packages, so you can add any amount of diamond packages to your cart on our website to suit what you’re looking for!

I don’t see a discount on your website.

The diamond packages shown on our website are priced at a discount rate already. As a diamond reseller, we do have sales on our diamond packages! To be kept up-to-date on when we’re having our next sale, you can sign up to our free weekly newsletter!

Where can I find more information about upcoming deals?

We have a weekly newsletter that you can sign up for on our website! The newsletter will let you know about weekly contests we have, any updates about our store, exciting promotions we’re having and we even have a weekly streamer spotlight to help you explore and discover new streamers!
