The only way to order with us is by coming here, to our store! You might have seen us in the Resellers tab of your Bigo Wallet and perhaps even tried to order with us in this way. This method will not actually ask for a payment and does not count as an order! If you do try to recharge through the Resellers tab, don’t worry, our friendly team will send you a message and explain how to place an order on our site! How long does it take for my order to process?
Our store is open 24/7, which means we can process your orders as soon as we receive them, so you could get your diamonds within a matter of minutes! We are also available to provide you with customer support at all hours! So if you have a question, please get in touch!
Is buying through a reseller safe and secure?
Order with us is totally safe and secure, but we understand why you might be a little sceptical, especially after seeing how great our prices are, but there is no need to worry! We are the first Diamond Resellers to be authorized by Bigo in North America, which means Bigo themselves has approved our store to sell legitimate Bigo diamonds.
